Allan Edwin Wampler

Synergy Real Estate Corporation
President—Founder
1994—Present

Allan Edwin Wampler is the Founder and President who works with clients to achieve the highest possible return on investment whether return is measured in dollars, jobs, quality of life, tax base, or other economic development goals.  Allan has been at the center of hundreds of assignments and projects that have yielded positive returns for clients, partners, lenders, governments, institutions, nonprofits, companies, authorities, communities and individuals.

Allan has been a successful professional in real estate and economic development for more than four decades.  Allan’s skill as a professional is in applying a scientific approach to each assignment.  He prefers to drill down to the core drivers of a successful project rather than deal with generalities.  Those key drivers are typically found in market demand and supply.  Allan believes that sustainable economic development is achieved when a development is financially successful in satisfying the needs of the local market and hence supplying the resources for long-term maintenance and success.

Allan is a licensed real estate broker, who has achieved additional professional designations: CCIM, CPM, CSM.  Allan has a Master of Science Degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate both from the Smeal School of Business Administration at the Pennsylvania State University.  He is a gifted communicator, instructor, speaker and author.  Allan served the Pittsburgh region as the first Economic Development Director and Redevelopment Director of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.  He also served on the Allegheny County Housing Authority Board.  Allan has been recognized as Pittsburgh’s Father of the year, a member of the McKeesport High School Hall of Fame, and the recipient of the Eric and Josephine Walker Award.  He is an active supporter of Christian ministries.  Allan is very committed to his family and enjoys traveling with them.
